Welcome to Taniwa Guide Service! We’re thrilled to have you join us on our adventure tours across New Zealand. Before you embark on your journey with us, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our services:

1. Booking Confirmation:
   • All bookings are subject to availability.
   • Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received.
   • We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified time frame.
2. Cancellation Policy:
   • Cancellations made by the client:
     • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
     • Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
     • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the tour date are non-refundable.
   • Cancellations made by Taniwa Guide Service due to unforeseen circumstances will be refunded in full.
3. Changes to Bookings:
   • Any changes to your booking must be made at least 7 days prior to the tour date, subject to availability.
   • Taniwa Guide Service reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Health and Safety:
   • Participants must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements prior to the tour.
   • Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour and must follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times.
5. Liability:
   • Taniwa Guide Service is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the tour.
   • Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance coverage.
6. Code of Conduct:
   • Participants are expected to treat fellow tour members, tour guides, and the environment with respect.
   • Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal from the tour without refund.
7. Intellectual Property:
   • All content provided during the tour, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and commentary, is the intellectual property of Taniwa Guide Service and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Privacy Policy:
   • Taniwa Guide Service respects your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
9. Governing Law:
   • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
